In our company, in order to provide accurate and high-precision quality products, we review not only the product line environment but also the buildings to construct factories.

Of buildings shared with the office, the exterior walls of factory part are all windowless + heat-insulating panels, which minimize the temperature change by climates and outdoor air.

On the first floor, the foundation is strengthened for the machining center, and as a common facility between the first and the second floors, a centralized system (temperature control) keeps the temperature at 22℃ constantly in order to eliminate various influences such as inflation, shrinkage, and transformation, etc which may affect metals, as well as control dust and humidity.

We have installed electromagnetic shield in addition to heat-insulating panel to prevent malfunction caused by exogenous noises, radio waves, or magnetism which may influence computer control machines and cubicles exclusively for the factories to eliminate unsteadiness of power supply and minimize variability so that working machines always stably operate.

Also, no matter how NC equipments develop, some parts of mold processing are elaborate work by hand. We therefore consider work environments well, make the factory windowless for stable visibility, eliminate changes of color temperature, the amount of light, and the light axis, and install bright illuminations to improve workability.

In addition, in the PC room (CAD, CAM, and design) where staff members are always watching displays, in order to protect their eyes, we installed reflective boards on illuminations so that they can work under the soft light harmless to eyes.

In this way, we are making efforts to improve facilities and human resources so that we can anytime meet the needs of customers who request quick delivery, high quality, and high precision.
